Registration and Payments
Participation in a tour requires registration and a deposit unless otherwise stated. Deposits secure your place on the trip and are generally non-refundable. Remaining balances must be paid by the stated deadline provided during registration.
Failure to complete payment by the required date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of the deposit. Payment methods, deadlines, and additional details are provided during the registration process.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are communicated at the time of registration. Deposits are typically non-refundable. Any applicable refunds are subject to administrative fees, supplier policies, and the timing of the cancellation.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel and medical insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, schedule changes, or personal emergencies.
Travel Documents and Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas (if required), and any necessary travel documentation. You are also responsible for complying with all entry requirements, health regulations, and local laws.
We are not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, delays, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation or personal travel arrangements.
Health, Fitness, and Participation
Our tours may include walking, light hiking, and physical activity. By registering, you confirm that you are physically able to participate or that you have informed us in advance of any limitations or medical concerns.
We reserve the right to limit or decline participation if a condition poses a risk to the participant or to others in the group.
Safety and Assumption of Risk
While we take extensive precautions to ensure safety — including professional guides, organized transportation, and security measures — travel inherently involves risk.
By participating in any tour, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, transportation, activities, accommodations, local conditions, and third-party service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moroccan Jewish Heritage Federation shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, expense, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control.
